2: Burgener Footwork

Working feet position only, drill hip width start to squat stance finish at following positions:

2 inch

4 inch

6 inch

Full squat

3: Wall Ball (5×5)

4: Rowing Skill Work (No Measure)

Review rowing technique

5: Metcon (Time)

WOD

In 3 person teams, with each person working at the same time and completing 1/3 total work:

3 rounds

750/450/300 m row

60 burpees

45 wall balls
