2: Heel Plate Squats (5×5)

Standing with toes off the edge of a plate, perform five air squats without toes touching the ground. If form is good, move forward an inch and repeat until plate is mid-foot.

3: Toes-To-Bar (5×5)

4: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
