3) :30 PVC Rack Position Stretch (each arm)

Front Squat (8 x 2 Ascending weight across sets)

Bar will be taken from the rack

50 Weighted Lunges(45/35#)

50 Weighted Reverse Lunges (45/35#)

50 Russian Twists (45/35#)
