• 2 rounds of Reps or ~:30 of each:

• Easy ring flys. Reverse ring fly. Single leg v-ups. Bear crawl. Scapular Pull-ups. Single arm hang left/right. Kip swing. Toes to bar.

• Squat Therapy: Every :30 for 5 minutes perform 5 slow air squats to ball.
