• 5 deadlift w/ pause at mid thigh- in set up, shoulders above hips, hips above knees, arch in low back

• 5 deadlift shrug- straight arms the whole time

• 3 muscle snatch

• 3 overhead squats

• 1 mid thigh snatch

• 1 mid shin snatch

Strength

Snatch (5 x 3, building to game weight)

Metcon

Hercules (3 Rounds for weight)

3 Rounds:

10 Unbroken Snatch

*Rest as needed between rounds

*Try to add weight each round
