Warm-up (No Measure)

◦ Athletes partner up, one rests while other works (~10 meters)

◦ Side shuffle out and back, high knees, butt kicks, back peddle, skip for distance, skip for height,

◦ 5m, 10m, 15m relay. Partner 1 runs to 5m and back, then partner 2, all the way until both complete 15m

◦ Then repeat with a bear crawl

◦ Then repeat with a crab walk

◦ Then repeat with an inch worm

◦ The first team done with all 4 wins and ends the warm-up


Metcon (3 Rounds for weight)

3 Rounds:

15 Dumbbell Bent Over Rows

15 Bulgarian Split Squats (Right)

15 Bulgarian Split Squats (Left)


Metcon (Time)

5 Rounds:

Run 400m

6 Dumbbell Burpee Box

Overs (24/20″) (50/35#)

L2: (35/20#)

L1: (300m), (No weight)

Alternate Scaling: 400m row for run
