10 reps Squat Therapy (think 3 seconds down and 3 seconds up

10 KettleBell Single Deadlift (Right)

10 KettleBell Single Deadlift (Left)

10 Pulls on Rower

*Each round push a little harder*

Strength

Back Squat (4 x 10 adding weight)

• Set 1 is with an empty barbell

• Sets 2-3 athletes should be able to finish these unbroken in smooth consistent speeds and the weight should be light enough that athletes could go more than 10.
