Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

• :30 of each in each direction: PVC Pass through. PVC around the world. OH lunge. Lateral hops in place or jumping jacks.

• Hendel Snatch Progression:

• 4 rounds

• 5 deadlift w/ pause at mid thigh- in set up, shoulders above hips, hips above knees, arch in low back

• 5 deadlift shrug- straight arms the whole time, 3 muscle snatch

• 3 overhead squats

• 1 mid thigh snatch, 1 mid shin snatch
