Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

Athletes work through 10-15 reps of each, for about 3 rounds or 7 min

▪ Pulls on a rower or 4/7 cals on a bike

▪ PVC Push press (focus on vertical torso in dip drive and heels down the whole time)

▪ Ring rows

▪ PVC OHS

▪ Hip extension/good morning

▪ Pistols to a box or/lunges

▪ Hollow rock

Gymnastics

Toes-To-Bar

◦ Start on the ground with hands overhead holding on to dbs. 10-15 laying TTB

◦ Cycle through 5-10 reps of each:

◦ Kip swing, knee raise, knee to elbow, toes to bar attempts.

Metcon (Time)

3 Rounds:

25 Toe-2-Bar

25 Dumbbell Push Press (50/35#)

25 Box Jump (30/24″)

L2: 15 Toe-2-Bar, 35/20#, 24/20″

L1: 25 Knee Raises, 20/10#, 20/14″

Accessory Work

Accumulate 2:00 min in the
