Warm-up (No Measure)

Slow AMRAP 7, moving in any order to any open station:

• 15 jumping jacks

• 15 plate jumps

• 15 mountain climbers

• 10 V Ups (scale to touching your shins instead of feet)

• 10 GHD sit ups or weighted abmat situps

• :30 calf stretch each leg

Prep

Warm-up (No Measure)

• 2x Athletes jog 100m in about ~:30, this equals a 2 min 400m pace

• 2x Athletes jog 100m in about ~:27, this equals a 1:48 400m pace

Metcon

Metcon (Time)

5 Rounds:

Run 400m

20 GHD Sit-Ups

10 Burpee-2-Target

L2: 10 GHD Sit-Ups to Parallel

L1: 20 Weighted Sit-Ups

Time Cap: 22 minutes
