Our Youth/Teen Strength and Conditioning programs are designed for middle and high school students interested in having fun and working to excel in a team atmosphere while achieving:

This program is perfect for off season athletes as well as youth/teens looking to learn the basics of getting in shape and building a foundation for a healthy and strong body

If you think CrossFit is too intense and not for you, please come in and give it a try. All of our workouts can be scaled for ANY individual, no matter where you are starting! Arrive a few minutes early to meet your coach, and tour the gym!
