YOUTH AND TEEN PROGRAMS 

Our Youth/Teen Strength and Conditioning programs are designed for middle and high school students interested in having fun and working to excel in a team atmosphere while achieving:

 SPEED • POWER • AGILITY • STRENGTH • ENDURANCE • COORDINATION • ACCURACY • FLEXIBILITY • BALANCE • STAMINA

This program is perfect for off season athletes as well as youth/teens looking to learn the basics of getting in shape and building a foundation for a healthy and strong body

At Mountain Strength CrossFit, Located in Winchester, MA 01890, we believe the best foundation for a lifetime of success lies in education. Each of our youth and teens classes sets a goal for our students, then teaches them to achieve that goal in incremental steps personalized to each athlete.  Each session’s classes will build on basic developmental movements such as squatting, lifting loads, and developing cardiovascular capacity.  As each student masters a skill, we will provide further challenges for them.  We will also cover nutrition as well.  Along the way, we plan to have a lot of fun!

WHEN: Tuesday/Thursday 4:15-5:15 pm (60 mins)

Our coaches John and Amy Mariani are parents and youth sports coaches in addition to being CrossFit coaches and have helped dozens of kids find their inner athlete.  Please contact Coach Amy with any questions at amy@mountainstrength.com.

 
Our Youth/Teen coaches are Crossfit athletes, coaches, and parents of youths and teens.  They have first hand experience in training teams and in building confidence in young athletes.
 
 
Amy Mariani is a seasoned hockey coach and is NESTA certified in Kids’ nutrition in addition to being a Level 1 CrossFit coach and CrossFit Kids certified coach.
 
John Mariani is a Level 2 CrossFit coach and CrossFit Kids certified coach.
