8 Windmills

8 Cook Squats

10 Shoulder Circles

10 Air Squats with pause at bottom

Skill

High Hang Squat Snatch Progression

Metcon

1): Metcon (No Measure)

Every 10 seconds for 2 minutes (12 Rounds)

– 1 High Hang Squat Snatch

2): Metcon (Time)

5 Rounds for Time

– 10 Bear Crawl on the Spot (2 sec hold)

– 10 Sit-throughs (2 sec hold)

– 10 Burpees

Cool Down

Kneeling Stretch 60 seconds
