10x Arm Circles in Each Direction

5 Downward dog to cobra transitions with a 5 seconds hold in each position.

Skill

Snatch Progression from the hang position with pvc, broom, lax stick, etc.

Snatch Balance

Metcon

Metcon (Time)

3 Rounds for Time

20 Burpees over the PVC/Broom handle/etc.

10 Snatch Balance 2 Count at Bottom

Strength

Single Leg RDL (3 sets of 10 reps on each leg with pvc/broom/lax)
