A STRONG teen IS A SAFE teen.

At Mountain Strength CrossFit, we believe the best foundation for a lifetime of success lies in education. Each of our preteen and teens classes sets a goal for our students, then teaches them to achieve it in incremental steps personalized to each athlete.

Each session’s classes will build on basic developmental movements such as squatting, lifting loads, and developing cardiovascular capacity. As each student masters a skill, we will provide further challenges for them. We will also cover nutrition as well. Along the way, we plan to have a lot of fun!

Our Pre/Teen coaches are Crossfit athletes, coaches, and parents of pre-teens and teens. They have first hand experience in training teams and in building confidence in young athletes.

Amy Mariani is a seasoned hockey coach and is NESTA certified in Kids’ nutrition in addition to being a Level 1 CrossFit coach and CrossFit Kids certified coach.

John Mariani is a Level 2 CrossFit coach and CrossFit Kids certified coach. Hope to see you and your pre/teen in the box soon!
