1 Wide Push-Up

1 Diamond Push-Up

1 Finger Tips Towards you Push-Up

If you can complete all 4 variations repeat the cycle 4 more times. Rest 30 seconds after each cycle.

If you fail at a variation, do 1 additional reg push-up for each variation you failed. So if you got the wide, but not the diamond you would do 4 more cycles of 3 reg and 1 wide push-up.
