Ankles Circles x 5 ea ankle in ea dir.

Knee Circles x 5 ea dir

Calf Stretch Upper and Lower 20 seconds ea

Quad Stretch Couch 20 seconds

Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch 20 seconds

Strength

1): Drop Landing (Depth Jump Variation) (12 x 1 every 20s. Then 6 x 1 with rebound jump)

Standing on a object (box/step/wall) that’s 6″ to 12″ in height step off and land into the bottom of your squat.

2): Metcon (Time)

Over and Around

5 Rounds

– 10 Box Jump Overs OR Box Jumps OR Step Ups

– 2 Plank Circle Walks with feet on box (Change Direction after ea circle) OR 20 Shoulder Taps with feet on box in plank position.
