1: Warm-up (No Measure)

100 m easy jog

2 rounds of 5 pulls (pull-ups, DB rows, Backpack Rows), 10 pushups, 15 air squats

2: 1/2 Murph (Time)

For Time:

800m Run

50 Pull-ups

100 Push-ups

150 Air Squats

800m Run

If you have a 20# vest or body armor, wear it.
