1: Warm-up (No Measure)

Burpee Memory

Use twenty cards to play memory. We use A-10 of two suits. Do 1 burpee for each consecutively wrong pair. Reset to 1 burpee after you make a match.

2: Hang Power Snatch

3: Death by Burpees (AMRAP – Reps)

0:00min: 1 Burpee

1:00min: 2 Burpee

2:00min: 3 Burpee

3:00min: 4 Burpee

Continue in this fashion until you can no longer complete the number of burpees with in the 60 seconds
