Warm-up (No Measure)

• :30 single unders, then single leg KB deadlift, 10 reps each leg

• :30 single under alternating between slow singles and fast singles, then 10 airplane stretch each leg

• :30 single under + high jump, then 10 KB deadlift

• :30 double under attempt or double under, 10 KB swings to shoulder height

• :30 box step ups, 10 KB swings to over head

• :30 box jump + step down
