◦ Scorpion stretch. (laying face down arms stretched out to side, touch opposite foot to opposite hand)

◦ Duck walk 50 ft forward/backward

◦ Crab walk forward and back word

◦ Inch worm forward and back word

• 5-10-5 drill with partner
