Mountain Strength Fitness Running Class 2022

We are making our return to the track! Starting in June Coach Rich Borgatti will be leading a 6 week running class designed to improve your running and endurance. Coach Rich has trained hundreds of runners from 5k’s to marathons as well as 24 hour endurance races and has just released a new book on running Obstacle Course Races (

You do not need to be a member at Mountain Strength, Anyone can register and join us for this class. Space will be limited so sign up soon and feel free to share!

This class will include 1 track day (Wednesdays 6am at McCall School Track), 1 road day homework, and access to MSF Open Gym times (Schedule). A separate runner’s strength program is available as an addon to this program. Email Rich to find out more info

Track days are designed to improve your running form, cadence and gait as well as speed. The longer road days will build up to a 5k+ distance.

Programming will be delivered through our workout app, Track workouts will be led by Coach Rich and assistant coach Dave Fatula. Weekend group runs will be on your own (distances will be in the app) but we encourage everyone in the class to meet and run together.

The class will run from June 8th – July 13th and if possible run as a team for the Cambridge Classic 5k on Thursday July 14th
