Private Training Sessions
These sessions are recommended for clients who would like to make one-on-one training their primary means of working out or in depth training and customization. If you would like the extra attention and privacy that a one-on-one private training experience affords, then this option may be right for you. Check out the Trainer page to decide which trainer you would like to book your sessions with.
We highly recommend these session for clients and athletes who need more individualized attention. Private training sessions can be booked in 30 minute or 60 minute blocks and in single sessions or 4-8-12 session blocks.
