As all of you we have been following the ever changing landscape of this virus and the guidelines surrounding it. We feel to be as socially responsible as we can we will be limiting interactions around the gym. We want to do what is best for our community, families and friends.
As of tomorrow we will be suspending our regular classes for 2 weeks 3/16 – 3/30
However the fitness will not stop.
We will be transitioning to an outdoor boot camp class and online virtual classes.
The boot camp classes will be at 7am, 12pm, and 5:30pm unless it is raining. We feel this practices social distancing as well as prioritizing health and fitness. We will keep the workouts short but challenging. You can park at the gym and we will workout at Leonard field behind the gym. We will keep a minimum of 6 ft between everyone. Workouts will be 30-40 mins long and coach led.
The Virtual classes are in case we suspend classes longer than 2 weeks but we will be testing them out Monday 3/16 and announcing the schedule Tuesday. These classes will take place over Zoom so you can join in and workout with your coach from home!
