Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

• Shoulder drills: Shoulder taps from push-up, standing A,T,Y raises, scorpion stretch, PVC strict press, Pass through, dive bomber push-up, jumping ring dip

• In between each shoulder drill alternate between, 10-15 mountain climbers, jumping jacks, or burpee without push-up

• Every :30 x4 minutes: 5-10 slow wall squats to a wall ball

Prep

Warm-up (No Measure)

2 Rounds:

•10 False Grip Ring Rows, 10 Ring Dips, 10 GHD Sit-Ups (Fast) or Sit-Up, 10 Muscle Up Transitions

Metcon

Mickey Mouse (Time)

For Time

10 Rounds

30 Air Squats

3 Muscle Ups

L2: 1 Muscle Ups or 3 Jumping Muscle Ups

L1: 3 Jumping CTB Pull-Ups

Accessory Work
