1. What brought you to MSCF/how long have you been a member?

I wanted to get back into shape, plus I also had a goal I wanted to achieve, which was to run the Spartan race at Fenway, which I accomplished in 2018.  I joined in July 2017 and have been private training with Rich.

2.  What is your favorite exercise/movement?

Back squats and Deadlifts

3.  What is a skill or movement you are working on to improve?

Strict press and lunges.

4.  What changes have you seen in yourself since you started at Mountain Strength CrossFit?

I am stronger and slimmer, and I have more energy and less pain.

5.  Tell us something about yourself your fellow athletes may not know?

I love scary movies!
