1.What brought you to Mountain Strength CrossFit/how long have you been a member?
My husband, Jack, and I have been members for two years now.  Our previous box closed and we spent some time looking at others to find that same positive sense of community and were lucky enough to discover MSCF.

2.What is your favorite exercise or movement?
Anything with a barbell!  Deadlift is a big fave of mine.

3.What is a skill or movement that you are working on to improve?
I am looking to recover my pull up which I lost due to injury.  One of my 2019 Goals! Also working on front squat and keep my knees from going in.

4.What changes have you seen in yourself since you started at Mountain Strength CrossFit?
My energy has significantly improved as has my strength.  Carrying boxes of cat litter is a piece of cake now. Kinda like a farmer’s carry. 🙂

5.Tell us something about yourself that your fellow athletes might not know?
Always active, I’ve never thought of myself as an athlete until discovering CrossFit.  Even summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro didn’t make me feel this way.
