CrossFit Level 2



I received a pogo stick as a kid, and growing up that and acrobatics were my only forms of exercise. In 2005 I started performing and that kept me in shape, until a few injuries and a surgery in 2011. Since I wasn’t training I ended up “resting” aka- binge eating and I put on about 25 pounds. As an acrobat I knew I couldn’t perform with the extra weight and needed to do some of that dreaded exercise stuff. I decided to try out Insanity. I had great results and found out I enjoyed exercising. Soon after I found myself catching up with my best friend back home and he recommended to try this thing he started doing call Crossfit. Sure enough my next visit home I did just that. My 1st WOD was the Spartan 300; it blew me away and I haven’t looked back.

If you think CrossFit is too intense and not for you, please come in and give it a try. All of our workouts can be scaled for ANY individual, no matter where you are starting! Arrive a few minutes early to meet your coach, and tour the gym!
