1 What brought you to Mountain Strength CrossFit/how long have you been a member?

I have been doing CrossFit since 2015, and when I moved to Winchester, I decided to look for a CrossFit gym closer to me. I became a member of Mountain Strength CrossFit in February 2018, and although I was nervous at first to be going to a new gym, I have loved it ever since.

2 What is your favorite exercise or movement?
My favorite exercise is the deadlift.

3 What is a skill or movement that you are working on to improve?
I want to improve my running distance and snatches.
