School is back in session and so are our Fall Youth and Teen Fitness classes!
Help your kids by making them strong. Through our kid’s fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence.
We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get kids to LOVE exercise.
This class is for junior high and high school age students. The classes build upon each other from week to week and are taught proper body mechanics and lifting. Our athletes improve their balance, body awareness and how to develop power through movement.
We limit each session to just 12 kids. Sign up soon because space is limited.
This Fall Session is 19 classes (no class oct 11)
When: Tues/Thurs at 4pm, each class is 1 hour.
