Base Camp is where everyone starts.
After you have signed up for your membership you will begin your Base Camp sessions. In this private training CrossFit prep course of 5 sessions we go through the 9 fundamental movements in CrossFit along with some beginner level CrossFit workouts. You will learn safe and effective ways to squat, press, deadlift, swing a kettlebell, do a push up, do pull ups, and sit ups. It is a fun way to learn the basics of CrossFit in a safe and supportive environment under the guidance of a knowledgeable and experienced trainer. If you are not ready to enter classes you have the option of private training.

If you think CrossFit is too intense and not for you, please come in and give it a try. All of our workouts can be scaled for ANY individual, no matter where you are starting! Arrive a few minutes early to meet your coach, and tour the gym!
