How long have you been working out at MSCF?
I started at Mountain Strength about 4 years ago. I think the biggest thing that brought me was that my mom was doing it and, at the time, my brother.
What is your favorite exercise or movement?
My favorite movement is probably a deadlift or any sort of jump rope movement.
What movement are you trying to improve?
I’m really trying to work on my pull-ups and I want to try to work for strict and unbroken ones.
What changes have you seen in yourself since becoming a member at MSCF?
I’ve definitely been much happier since I started. I have a sense of responsibility when I go. I’ve been much more happy with my physical appearance too, and proud of myself that I’ve worked for it.
Tell us something we may not know about you.
I’m really interested in science, especially astronomy. And I enjoy playing music in my free time.
