Follow our 3 day a week progressions to achieve or refine your ring muscle up.
each session will take 20-30 mins and can be done in addition to your regular gym workouts.
Each workout is delivered via email or the TrueCoach app and includes videos for each movement.
Each Login to True Coach is manually created, please allow some time for it to be created and have your account added to the online program.
