Fall Schedule Changes

I hope you are enjoying this last burst of warm weather before the fall settles in. At Mountain Strength we are gearing up for fall with a few changes to the schedule. If you have any questions please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We are pleased to be back in our newly renovated space in time to enjoy the cooler mornings. If you have not been into Mountain Strength in a bit, stop by for a drop in! We would love to see you.
Here are the changes we are making starting October 5th:
The 6:00am class is moving to 5:30am. We have been told this will make it a lot easier for people to get their workout in and get to work. We're fans of that :)
The Teens class is moving from 3:30pm to 4:00pm. We are excited to announce Coach Susan will be teaching on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This class is rolling admission, so there is always time to join in.
CrossFit Kids is back! Starting October 6th on Tuesdays and Thursdays Coach Susan and Coach Ari will run a 6 week program starting at 3:15pm. If you would like more information on this please email email@example.com.
