What brought you to Mountain Strength CrossFit?
I had been wanting to try CrossFit for a little while, so I started researching different gyms in the area. I came across MSCF, which really peaked my interest, so I went in to check it out and met Rich. He was very welcoming and I had a good feeling it was the right fit for me! (My gut feeling was right!)
What is your favorite exercise or movement?
My favorite movement is the snatch. I find it one of the most difficult movements and I love the challenge. It also feels really rewarding when I complete the lift.
What is a skill or movement that you are working on to improve?
Pull-ups are my worst enemy! I am hoping that before I have been at MSCF for one year, I will be able to complete at least 1 strict pull-up.
What changes have you seen in yourself since you started at Mountain Strength CrossFit?
I have seen my strength and endurance increase greatly. Not only have I seen gains physically, but on an emotional level too, I have made great friends!
What is your favorite memory of Mountain Strength CrossFit?
It is hard to choose just one favorite memory, because every time I am at MSCF it is a great time. But, the Halloween event we had was a lot of fun, it was my first time at a MSCF event and I saw how great the community is. It was really awesome to cheer one another on as we attempted PR’s!
