What brought you to Mountain Strength CrossFit?
Lynda :  Dan started first and his enthusiasm was contagious so I had to check it out for myself.
Dan: I knew I needed to get back in shape (other than round) and knew going to the YMCA and trying to do it by myself wasn’t going to work. A friend of mine has been doing Crossfit for the past 5 years and suggested I give it a try.

What is your favorite exercise or movement?
Lynda:  Kettlebell swings and medball slams
Dan: Turkish get ups and box jumps

What is a skill or movement that you are working on to improve?
Lynda:  Pullups and ring holds
Dan:  Pull ups and Over Head Squats

What changes have you seen in yourself since you started at Mountain Strength CrossFit?
Lynda:  Lots of changes towards where I want to be but I feel fitter and stronger and that just improves my whole outlook. Not to mention the stress relief that comes with the workouts and the confidence that builds everytime I finish a workout!
Dan:  feel more solid or stable.

What is your favorite memory of Mountain Strength CrossFit?
Lynda:  When I started, I struggled to do one pushup before dropping to my knees.  A couple of weeks ago, pushups were part of the workout.  After the first round, it dawned on me that I had done a set of full pushups without even thinking about it.  Then I realized how far I had come!
Dan: just getting after it with Coach Dan leading the charge.
