My friend Maya Colman and Peyton Whitney always talked about it and ended up bringing me along with them.

My arms and legs are definitely more muscular.
What is your favorite memory of MSCF?
PRing on the deadlift during the teens class.
Any advice for people who want to try CrossFit but are afraid to do so?
This CrossFit is very accommodating, everyone starts somewhere different in there fitness and this CrossFit has the ability to make adjustments for anywhere where it is needed.
