Olympic Lifting Class w/ Coach Fred and Coach Warren
Starting Saturday, January 20th at 10:00 AM, ending February 24th with an options Max Lift day on March 3rd.
You want to get better at the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch for the Opens, but you don't have enough practice time. In this 7-week class, you will not only get a lot of practice time, you will be given the tools you need to continue practicing the Olympic Lifts for months after the class has ended, with a clear understanding of what your unique technical flaws are and how to continue working on them.
Each class will include strength and core work, dedicated mobility, and Olympic lifting complexes.
