Get outside of the gym! On Saturday, August 20th, from 7 AM - 8:30 AM join Coach Rachel for a special Walden Pond WOD! Review freestyle stroke technique, get a workout, and enjoy beautiful Walden Pond! Non-swimmers are welcome!
