Base Camp is where everyone starts.

After you have signed up for your membership you will begin your Base Camp sessions. In this private training CrossFit prep course of 3 to 5 sessions we go through the 9 fundamental movements in CrossFit along with some beginner level CrossFit workouts. You will learn safe and effective ways to squat, press, deadlift, swing a kettlebell, do a push up, do pull ups, and sit ups. It is a fun way to learn the basics of CrossFit in a safe and supportive environment under the guidance of a knowledgeable and experienced trainer. If you are not ready to enter classes you have the option of private training. 

 

The Base Camp course starts when you are ready.
